If you want to join us on a cave tour, here is everything you need to know before, during, and after the tour! Learn everything you need to know in 3 minutes!

Please, be aware that the cave is a protected natural site under Montenegrin law and as such, visitors must comply with the rules communicated by the guide.

Important things to know before visit:

– Tours depart every day according to a prearranged schedule. Updates on any exceptions in the event of force majeure will be published on our website.

Tours begin at the exact specified times according to the schedule:
April and November: 10h, 12h, and 14h.
From May to October: 10h, 11:30h, 13h, 14:30h, and 16h.
(the cave is closed from December to April)

– The duration of the Cave experience tour is 60 minutes, including the train ride from our parking lot to the entrance of the cave and back.
– Be at our parking lot 30 minutes before the tour begins to purchase your tickets on time at our ticket office.
– If you have purchased your ticket online, you must show the purchase confirmation at our ticket office, where you will receive your physical copy of the ticket.
– After purchasing tickets you must take your seat in the train 5 minutes before the tour begins and ready tickets for checking. No delay tolerance.
– Please pay close attention to the starting time of your tour. Each ticket contains a section called ‘Schedule’.
– If there is no train at the parking lot, it will arrive at the time your tour begins.
– Please do not park your car or stand where the train spot is (the train spot is next to the café bar).
– When you take your seat on the train, stay seated as the train is about to start moving.
– If you have missed the train schedule and departure, please do not run after the train and try to stop it, go to the ticket office and inform our staff.
– Make sure you use the restroom before the tour as there are no toilets in front of the cave.
– The temperature in the cave is between 10-12°C. Make sure to have warm clothes and comfortable footwear.
– Keep your tickets and the fiscal receipt with you until the end of the tour.

Important things to know during the visit:

– During the train ride to the cave and back, you must remain seated in your spot without standing up or moving to another seat, or jump off the train/run for it.
– If you lose something, or if your personal belongings fall off the train during the ride, remain seated and don’t try to pick them up while the train is moving as it may be unsafe.
– When the train stops in front of the cave, please step off the train and follow your guide to the entrance of the cave, thus allowing the train to turn around.
– Throughout the entire tour, you are required to follow the cave rules, which the guide will communicate to you at the entrance.
– All our tours are in English and Montenegrin language.
– During the tour inside the cave, there are several stops where the guide will talk. Please remain quiet so that all visitors can enjoy the tour.
– After the tour within the cave is over, return the same way with your guide and group to the exit. The train will be waiting for you in front of the cave and take you back to the parking lot.
– If you experience any difficulties during the tour, please inform your guide.

Important things to know after the visit:

Once your tour is complete, kindly take note of the following:

– Your tour will end at the parking lot. Please, step off the train when it stops and move aside for your own safety and so that the train can continue to run smoothly.
– Make sure you haven’t left any of your personal belongings in the train, café bar, or in the restroom.
– We kindly ask you not to leave any trash behind as we give our best to preserve green surroundings around us.
– If you have any questions or need any information or assistance, please ask our staff at the ticket office.
– If you decide to take a walk around the area after the cave tour, please do not leave your car in our parking lot as the gates close at 5 PM.
– Please do not walk in the area marked as private property, which is located next to our parking lot.
