Q: Can you go into the cave without a guide?

All of our visitors must be accompanied by a guide .

Q: What is the duration of the tour?

This tour lasts 100 minutes including train ride to and from the cave.

Q: Do I need a reservation for the tour?

For this tour visitors must make a reservation in advance via e-mail .

Q: Do I need special shoes/clothes/equipment?

For this tour, our staff will provide you with the necessary equipment .

Q: Is there any lighting inside?

The length of the basic tour is equipped with artificial light . Parts of the cave that do not have lightning are visited only within this 100 min tour. However, all visitors taking 100 min tour will be provided with flash lights.
