The cave is partially equipped with handrails.
Is there any lighting inside?
The length of the basic tour is equipped with artificial light.
Are strollers and baby carriers allowed inside the cave?
Strollers are not allowed inside the cave, however, baby carriers are allowed.
Is it possible to take pets inside the cave?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the cave.
Can I go into the cave without a guide?
All of our visitors must be accompanied by a guide.
What is the duration of the tour?
The basic tour lasts one hour including a 15 minute train ride to and from the cave (7,5 minutes each way).
Do I need a reservation for the tour? Or should I buy tickets online?
