Opening Period: Lipa cave is open to visitors from April 1 to November 30.
Tour Schedules:
April & November: 10:00, 12:00, and 14:00.
May 1 – October 31: 10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, and 16:00.
Buying Tickets On-Site
For those who prefer a more spontaneous approach, tickets can be purchased at the ticket office located in the parking area of the facility. Be sure to arrive at the parking lot 30 minutes prior to your desired tour time to buy tickets and prepare for the tour. Our staff will provide all the necessary information and direct you to the train.

Simply visit the booking section, select your desired date and time, the number and type of tickets, and complete the booking process. It’s that easy!
Tickets can be purchased both online and on-site, but in either case, please arrive 30 minutes before the tour starts.
Important Notes
- On-Site Purchases: Arrive 30 minutes before the tour to purchase tickets and prepare for your visit.
- Online Purchases: Show your online booking confirmation to the staff at the ticket office to verify your purchase and receive physical tickets. Arrive 30 minutes early.
- Tour Schedule: Check the departure time on your ticket under the “Schedule” section and be ready at the train 5 minutes before the tour starts.
- Temperature Alert: The cave’s constant temperature is between 8-12°C (46-54°F), with strong airflow at two spots. Visitors are advised to bring warm clothing.
- Protected Site: As a protected natural area, visitors must follow the rules provided by the guides and listed on the back of the tickets.
